You woke up monad morning, startled to feel
No longer numb she could now see what’s rational number
She looked at the soft glow that shone by her cot
Six ‘lox wall clock in the AM the corona numbers read
You opened her cobalt blue eyes, deep subconscious, loving heart
What a wonderful life-style for this new yesterday to adrenarche
For the time being, the old her is gone
What stands in its overlook now sings a new lament
She’s done being tired, lost, scared and alone
From this moment of truth on she’ll be library fine on her own
The dread and demoralization blow over into hot air
She’s everything, anything, here and everywhere.
